2+ weeks: Refund minus $25 fee or full refund in camp credit
1+ week: 50% camp credit, 50% forfeited
Less than 1 week: Full reservation forfeited

Is there a quiet hours policy?
Yes. Quiet hours help keep the park peaceful for everyone. Times may vary, but generally run 11 PM-8 AM.
Are you open year-round?
Yes, we are open year-round.
Peak season runs from May 22 – September 6, and some amenities and activities may have limited availability outside of peak season.
Can I bring my own golf cart?
Personal golf carts are welcome with proper registration, insurance, and a required fee. Gas-powered carts may need aproval.
Can I receive packages during my stay?
Some deliveries may be accepted at the main office. Please contact the resort ahead of time to confirm availability.

Can I request a specific campsite?
Yes, you may request a specific site. To guarantee it, a site-lock fee may apply. Without the fee, you'll receive the type you booked, but no specific number.
Do you allow early arrivals or late check-outs?
We're happy to accommodate early arrivals or late departures when available. Fees may apply, just give us a call to check.
Do you allow pets?

We operate rain or shine. Because weather is out of our control, we do not offer refunds due to natural conditions.

Most campsites allow up to 8 guests. Standard rates include 4 people, with a small fee for additional guests.
